International Day of Yoga


21st June is International Yoga Day, as designated by the United Nations. Various activities will be held to mark the event during that week:


Wednesday 21st June

Indian Cultural Centre (Bhavan), West Kensington, 6.30pm: free Iyengar Yoga classes.

The Yoga Day Summit, free online event featuring 50+ top teachers (also running on Thursday 22nd June).


Saturday 24th June

'Friends of Amma' @ Hilly Fields Park, Brockley, 12 noon - 4.30pm: satsang, yoga and picnic lunch.
